新月・アルクトゥルスの高議会からのメッセージ
『リビングスターライトワークショップをはじめるにいたって』
「わたしたちは、アルクトゥルスの高議会（カウンセル）として知られるそんざいです。われわれの役割は過去、そしていま現在のスピリチュアルコミュニティの年長者と同じようなものです。われわれの滞在する、アルクトゥルス星を簡単に紹介したいと思います。
ユニバース、すべての銀河にそんざいするすべての文明は、創造という目的を果たすためユニークなギフト、能力を持っています。それは、マインド、スピリットの無限な可能性を表現するということです。われわれ、アルクトゥルスは、ヒーリングのマスター技術者、天の川銀河のマインドのトレーナーとして知られているかも知れません。もちろん、地球を含む銀河からの視点ではそのとおりです。
人間の体という観点からいうと、個々の進化に伴い心は本質を識別できるようにデザインされており、 マインドは、その個がバランスを保つよう、ゆくゆくは二極を超えるサポートをするもので、機械のように、再訓練、アップグレード、再プログラムを繰り返し行う必要があります。マインドが未訓練だから、あるいはまだ教養を受けていないから、両極端の状態で揺れる状態は簡単に想像できるでしょう。それにより、両極端な状態を体験、すなわりいい状態、あるいは悪い状態、ベストな状態、あるいは最悪な状態、愛、憎しみを外界に投射しています。これが、今日の地球で見ることができる、不安定やカオスの主な原因です。
ハイヤーな、あるいはエゴがないマインドの目覚めを得るため、われわれが持っている知識をより愛に満ちた、平和に満ちた体験を自分自身、まわりの地球の人々と創造するために、みなさまと共有できることは光栄なことです。『リビングスターライト』のスピリチュアルな集まり、愛する偉大なるマスターであるサナット・クマラが招集したみなさまとつながるのを楽しみにしています。

New Moon Message from The Council of Arcturus
inaugurating ‘Living Your Star Light’ Workshop
“ We are known to you as the Council of Arcturus. Our role is similar to the elders of your spiritual communities, both past and present. We wish to briefly introduce our home Arcturus to you.
Every civilisation existing in the Universe and all galaxies possesses their unique gifts and talents to fulfil the very purpose of creation, that is, to express the unlimited potential of the One Mind, One Spirit. We, the Arcturians, may be considered as the master healing technologists and Mind trainers of the Milky Way Galaxy. Of course, this is true only from the perspective of this sector of the Galaxy which Earth herself is part of.
In the context of the human body, while the heart is designed to validate truths according to one’s evolution, the mind is a like a machine requiring continuous re-training, upgrading and re-programming in order to support the person in balancing and eventually transcending polarity. You can imagine a mind that swings between extremes of polarity as uncultivated or untrained, causing the person to project such extremities of good or bad, best or worst and love or hate into his outer world. This is the main cause of the instability and chaos you observed in the Earth events of today.
It is our privilege to impart our knowledge in awakening the Higher or Ego-less Mind to create only loving and peaceful experiences for yourselves and your fellow Earthlings. We keenly look forward to connecting with you at ‘Living the Star Light’ spiritual communion, a sacred meeting convened by the great Master Sanat Kumara whom we adore dearly.
